DESCRIPTION
Epolyly® is pure ε-Polylysine derived naturally from the fermentation of Streptomyces albulus PD-1. Which has an excellent growth inhibitory effect against a wide range of microorganisms such as Gram-positive bacteria (Bacillus cereus, etc.), Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella etc.), and Yeast in a variety of foods and beverages.

ε –Polylysine has been approved as a food antimicrobial in 4 countries, including China, Japan, South Korea, and the United States. The regulations governing the use Epolyly® vary considerably in the countries in which it is currently approved.
 

It is recommended to use it after ensuring compliance with your local regulations.
