Befresh™ LL is unique antifungal culture formulated by 3 probiotic-strains of Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus paracasei, which is used to inhibit heterofermentative lactobacilli, molds & yeasts in dairy products such as yogurt, sour cream and cheese.
