White NisinA® is a clear Nisin concentrate produced by fermentation using bacterium Lactococcus lactis obtained from sauerkraut, which is mainly used to inhibit microbial spoilage and color fading in juice-based beverages.

REGULATIONS
Nisin has been approved as a food antimicrobial worldwide. Its addition level for commonly consumed foods ranges from 1 to 12.5 mg/kg. The regulations governing the use of White NisinA® vary considerably in the countries in which it is currently approved. 

It is recommended to use it after ensuring compliance with your local regulations.
White NisinA® offers multiple protection specifically for beverage applications where color stability and microbial stability play a very crucial role in consumer preferences. It has been designed to be able to inhibit vegetative cells of Alicyclobacillus as well as spores of Alicyclobacillus from germinating, alongside stabilizing anthocyanins in bottled beverages. 
 
FRUIT JUICES
An addition of 1 g/L of White NisinA® prevents off-flavors caused by spore-forming bacterium Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in fruit juices.
